Any organization can support families!

Taking a break from employee-focused training to support members of your organization at home and in the community is a great way to continue the learning while nurturing a culture of equity and inclusion. All caregivers are typically invited to attend (spouses, grandparents, nannies, etc.)

The journey to becoming an anti-racist family

This is a popular offering for both community organizations and businesses. This webinar takes a holistic approach towards speaking to children about race and racism.  We guide families on their journey to becoming anti racist. Each participant is guided through steps towards making real change in their immediate and extended family. Age-appropriate guidance is given. Participants can share real life experiences and struggles and receive solutions on how to push through challenging situations.

What customers are saying:

“Kenesha encouraged authenticity around a subject that can sometimes be hard to speak on. There was no fear of judgment around beliefs or ideas prior to the conversation. It was an open platform, allowing others to ask questions and receive feedback when needed.” – Britt Roy Microsoft participant, The Journey to Becoming an Anti-Racist Family workshop

“Kenesha has a disarming way of delivering the information without sugar coating it. I like how she keeps it real.” - Peps (program for early parent support) Seattle participant
